A little about
you & your home.
Name, email and town are all we need to get started.
The next step
First, a conversation. Then, a plan.
- Straight to James. Your enquiry arrives in his inbox. Tell him a little about your home and what you have in mind.
- Talk it through. James gets in touch to discuss the project, the timing and the budget.
- Meet at your home. If it's a fit, he books a visit to see the house and gives you a rough estimate on the spot. Your first estimate is free.
- Proposal and contract. After the visit, James prepares a detailed proposal and contract for you to sign.
- Start shaping the space. Once the contract is signed and the 10% deposit is in, the design starts with our designer. Any change to the budget after that goes through a change order you sign.
What helps
The town, the kind of work, a rough budget and when you'd like to start. If you have drawings, photos or a survey of the lot, say so in your message and James will ask for them.
