## Transcript

So we're here at Project Bellamy and it's the final day, my favourite day because that means we're all finished and the homeowner gets to move home. What you see around me is a modern organic design by Juliette Interiors and it was a collaborative effort between her and the homeowner. And let's take a look at the space.

So after speaking with the homeowners and Ceara taking them through their homework, we decided on a modern organic design. They really like the natural elements of stone and modern textures of the oak finishes. As well, we added these two nice arches behind us, which gives it that modern trend.

So one of the things we're most proud about this job is that we made the entire house completely safe. When we found asbestos, we got the right people to come in and remove it safely. When we found fire hazards, we took care of those.

Everything's now fully inspected and up to code, and the homeowners have nothing to worry about. So what sets us apart is that we're a fully custom builder, and we're able to add small details around the place that make a huge difference. For example, this hood is fully curved around the corners here.

The homeowners really love that look and it also ties into this farmhouse sink that has the curve as well. If you come over here to this shelf, as you can see it's backlit, but we also added this brass rail that helps stop cups from falling over and it just creates that personalised custom look that the homeowners love.
