# Coventry Residence: a vaulted kitchen with a plaster alcove

Tour Coventry Residence: a vaulted kitchen, white oak island, cream cabinets and a plaster range alcove. Explore the details in original project photos.

- **Scope:** A vaulted kitchen with a white oak island, cream cabinetry and a plaster range alcove.

## A kitchen shaped by light

The vaulted ceiling gives Coventry its sense of height. Below it, a long island brings the working part of the kitchen and the seating together. Cream cabinetry, wood fronts and brass fittings repeat across the room, while the plaster range alcove gives the cooking wall its own shape.

## Storage in the everyday places

The photographs move from the whole room to the details: an appliance cupboard with a lift-up door, glass-front cabinets, open shelves in the alcove and the island sink. Use the gallery to compare how each surface meets the next.
