## Send an enquiry

Name, email and town are required. Phone and a short description of your project are optional.

## First, a conversation. Then, a plan.

1. **Straight to James.** Your enquiry arrives in his inbox. Tell him a little about your home and what you have in mind.
2. **Talk it through.** James gets in touch to discuss the project, the timing and the budget.
3. **Meet at your home.** If it's a fit, he books a visit to see the house and gives you a rough estimate on the spot. Your first estimate is free.
4. **Proposal and contract.** After the visit, James prepares a detailed proposal and contract for you to sign.
5. **Start shaping the space.** Once the contract is signed and the 10% deposit is in, the design starts with our designer. Any change to the budget after that goes through a change order you sign.

The town, the kind of work, a rough budget and when you'd like to start. If you have drawings, photos or a survey of the lot, say so in your message and James will ask for them.
