We are a father-son team dedicated to quality workmanship and strive to exceed the expectations of our clients with every project that we do. As we own and operate the business, we are also at the construction site every day working hard to maintain on schedule. As we do most of the work ourselves, we provide highly skilled sub trades including master electricians, and plumbers. We have grown our business based on the quality of our finished product which relies on the reputable team we have built around us.
Our main goal is to accommodate the needs and wants of the homeowner. We understand that everybody is different and we make it our priority to get to know each and every one of our clients. Our mission is to progress from a concept to creation to construction as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Ian Jarvis and James Jarvis are the father-son team that owns and operates all business aspects and construction processes.
Both Ian and James provide a different skill set but when they come together it makes for an amazing team.
Ian Jarvis
Ian grew up in in the GTA and spent a lot of his time building houses in cottage country. From there he grew a strong passion for building. After spending some time in the business world he rekindled his passion for building when he helped build the family cottage. From there he took on small renovation jobs for friends and family which grew his entrepreneurial spirit. Continuing to get referrals for the quality of his work, Ian saw an opportunity to pursue his passions in residential construction and build the reputable business it is today.
James Jarvis
James grew up in Pickering, Ontario and has always been very creative and athletic. His passion for design and construction comes from his father and his grandfather who owned his own architectural design firm. James followed in his grandfather's footsteps by going to the United States on a hockey scholarship and receiving an associate degree in architectural studies and design. After playing professional hockey in Germany for two years, James returned home to build and create an amazing family business with his father. Using the knowledge he learned in his architectural program, James provides 3D design models for the clients to envision their project before it even begins.
